Boards are ready to be used when received.
Wash lightly after every use with soap and water.
Apply food safe oil, wax or conditioner after every 5-6 washings to keep board in its best condition.
Not applying a conditioner will cause the boards to dry out and eventually warp and split.
Do not wash with rough abrasive sponges or cleaners.
Do not soak in water.
Do not put in dishwasher.
Do not place on top of hot cooking surface (or open flame).
Do not place in oven
